High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible from 06:00am to 10:00am on Sunday 13 September 2026.  Areas most at risk are around Hunstanton seafront. Flood gates in the area will be closed by the Local Authority which will make access difficult. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at King's Lynn of 4.67mAODN at 08:15am on 13 September, Wind Force 3, Westerly. The current series of high spring tides has now reached its peak and will fall away over the next few days.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid beaches and coastal promenades, which may be flooded .  This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 13 September 2026 or as the situation changes.

High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible Around high tide  We are entering a sequence of Spring tides that may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible around 06:45 on Friday 11th September. Flooding is forecast to affect locations at Porlock Bay, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around the coastline between Gore Point and Hurlstone Point including Porlock Weir. The first high tide is at 06:45 on Friday with a peak height of 6.12m and a F4 north westerly wind. The second high tide is at 19:00 on Friday with a peak height of 6.37m and a F4 westerly wind  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .  This message will be updated by 12:19PM on 10 September 2026 or as the situation changes.

High tides today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from 10:45 to 14:45, today Saturday 12 September 2026, peaking at 12:45. Areas most at risk lie within the Sandside area of North Morecambe Bay. Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid beaches and coastal promenades, which may be flooded. Do not drive through flood water or put yourself or others at risk. The following tide, Saturday night, is also forecast to exceed the Flood Alert threshold. This message will be updated by 17:00 today, Saturday 12 September 2026, or as the situation changes.

High tides on Sunday may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible between 4.30am - 5.45am on Sunday 13 September  The location most likely to be affected is Newcastle Quayside, particularly the area around the Swing Bridge.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded . Stay out of any flood water.  This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 13 September 2026 or as the situation changes.

High tides over the next two days may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible from 7:30PM to 9:30PM on 11/09, from 08:00am to 10:00am and from 08:00PM to 10:00PM on 12/09.  Areas most at risk include the tidal River Avon from Sea Mills to Conham in Bristol and between the Avonmouth Bridge and Shirehampton Park including Pill and Shirehampton. The detailed tidal forecast for those who use it is for a peak level at Avonmouth Portbury. The first forecast high water of 7.42 mAODN is at 8:30PM 11/09, which is 0.14 m above tide tables, with Westerly force 4 winds. The second forecast high water is at 09:00AM 12/09 with a level of 7.4 mAODN with South-Westerly force 5 winds. (mAODN is height above average sea level.)  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .  This message will be updated by 1:35PM on 12 September 2026 or as the situation changes.
